I liked absolutely everything, room's clean, staff was friendly, parking is available, location is excellent.

The only downside is breakfast. It's very monotonous and there's almost no choice.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bergs for a few nights and I had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect - tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but still very close to everything. There were plenty of great restaurants around, including a lovely courtyard right at the hotel entrance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the breakfast team who remembered how I liked my coffee, to the reception desk who provided superb assistance throughout my stay. The room itself was very nice, especially the two-story suite that I stayed in. Although the shower was a bit small, it didn't bother me too much. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and I will definitely be back. Thanks, Bergs!

The value for money was great, the room was spacious and well-decorated. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, particularly the service and cheerfulness of the staff in the breakfast room.

We stayed for 5 nights and fully appreciated Hotel Bergs location, very spacious room, kitchenette with tea/coffee pot, very comfortable bed&pillows, one of the rare hotels with washing machine in the basement /if only one for all guests/.

Given the price, breakfast should have offer more choices.

At night the reception seemed closed, no possibilities to have a drink or food. A guard would open the entrance door.

Elegant decor, helpful staff, efficient operation, clean rooms, quiet but central location. Well-equipped rooms with proper kettle, coffee maker, fresh milk, and homemade biscuits. Parking nearby, pleasant varied breakfast, close to attractions and a beautiful park. Brilliant staff, even willing to get soaked to keep guests dry. Beautiful building in a pleasant area with shops and cafes.

Excellent hotel. Nice sized rooms with lovely common areas. Would definately recommend and return if visiting Riga in the future

Everything in the hotel is to the highest standard. Room is big. It is in a small shopping complex. Very lively environment. Just a 2 minutes walk, you will reach a garden. Within 15 minutes on foot, you will be in the old town. If you want to be in a nice place and not feel like staying in a business hotel and don't want to pay a lot, this is an excellent choice.

Ambience superior. Very tasteful design and restoration. Very good room layout with superb working desk. One of the best rooms (suite) I have stayed in for a long time.

We liked everything: the room, friendly staff, breakfast. Also what is important is that the place is quiet though is situated in the center of Riga. It was very convenient that the railway station and autostations are 10 minutes walk from the hotel and you can travel in any part of Latvia
